Gibraltar Music Trust receives a Nautilus Award: the Symphony of the Earth Commendation

The Gibraltar Music Trust has received a Nautilus Award, the Symphony of the Earth Commendation, at the 8th Gibraltar Sustainable Awards, run by The Nautilus Project and the Gibraltar Federation of Small Businesses on 28 October 2026. We were selected as finalists for our sustainability ethos: giving instruments a longer life by reusing, restoring and recycling them.

Our Founder and Trustee, Lili Olivero, presented the Trust's work on the night and collected the award from the Minister for the Environment, Transport and Education, Prof John Cortes MBE MP.

Thank you to everyone who has donated an instrument, shared our campaign or helped us give instruments a longer life. This award belongs to you too.
